Carin has the unique ability to combine powerful images with strong melodies and powerful chord progressions that truly rocket the listener to the throne of God. Carin's heart is evident in everything she writes, and her strong voice and keyboard abilities commands the stage when she is leading worship or fronting her band in a concert setting. Carin has struggled the same struggle as many of us have.... with not being thin enough, pretty enough, cool enough, good enough, hip enough, trendy enough or anything "enough". She refuses to allow those worldly standards to prevent her from living out boldly her calling as God's servant, writing songs and leading worship. She has found freedom in Christ that reminds us that God loves the underdogs, the weak, those who struggle and those who hurt. Her songs point to God, give Him the ultimate glory, and encourage all who listen. When you meet her, you know that she is real, just like you...when you hear her songs, you know they are about real life...when she sings of God, you're reminded that HE IS VERY REAL!
